The Golden Knights Card is the official ID card of the College and is managed by the Golden Knights Card Office under the Copyright ©2017 MyPhoto, LLC, All Rights Reserved. Duplication in part or whole is prohibited. The Golden Knights Card is the property of The College of Saint Rose and its use is governed by the College's regulations and policies.

How we will use your photo image?

The digital photo image that you submit via this website will be used to produce your Golden Knights Card. The Golden Knights Card is proof of identity and provides access to facilities. Everyone is granted access to various facilities and rooms on campus using your Golden Knights Card, including student access to the residence halls. This access is based on the approval given to you by the office of Residence Life. Common College area access, such as the Neil Hellman Library and the general use computer labs at The College of Saint Rose, is automatically granted to all. Students will be required to use their cards at the library to check out all materials.

Other uses of your image

By submitting this photo for your student ID you agree this photo may be used by various departments at The College of Saint Rose.

• Tampering or defacing your Golden Knights Card may lead to criminal charges.
